Spring:
Most of us look forward to the springtime. The beauty of the flowers, the sweet rains falling, the promise of an easier time. Graciella reminds us that those days are today. That we are the co-creators of our worlds. Ask yourself, how am I treating myself? Am I engaging in early morning meditation? In a yoga practice that stretches not only my stiff muscles but my mind and heart as well? Remember that at the end of every stormy cycle comes the reprieve of a gentle rhythm. The question is whether you can afford yourself some of the softness of life to counteract these hard times in the present. It's likely that others will not give these to you and that you must find a way to gift yourself with the ease that you so deserve.
