Temptation:
We are filled with temptations. They meet us at every corner. What do we crave? Ignore? Go all out for? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That statement is something we've all heard for eons. But is it truly so? Is it possible that we are tempted because others are also desirous of the same thing? The word temptation connotates something that may not be healthy for us. But that is for us to decide. A flute of champagne? A siren who has entered into the room. Plainly, there is nothing wrong with partaking. However, be clear about your desires. To what end must they be filled. Is one glass enough? Will it open up a thirst that will never be satiated? Think it through. You may be surprised at what you find. Being tempted is fun. It tells us that we need more than what we face each day. Or so we believe. How will you treat your temptations this upcoming week?
