  • What is your shipping policy?
    Shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared.
  • What is your refund policy?
    In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective book, we are happy to exchange the book for a new one. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
  • What is your consultation cancellation policy?
    You may request to cancel your consultation session for a full refund, up to four (4) days or more in advance of the date and time of the event. Cancellations made within 3 days will incur 50% fee unless you wish to transferred to a different date/time of the same session. Cancellation requests made within 24 to 48 hours of the session will not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
